How to exhibit your work in the gallery?

Every artist dreams of showing his works live to the general public. How to do it?

The easiest way is to rent galleries at your own expense and display your works. However, the cost of renting a gallery may be surprising. Prices depending on location, rental date and capacity of guests in central London start from £ 60 to £ 10k per day.

Smaller galleries offer an exhibition service for us. They post our works for a small fee and I can even sell them. For example, the Wood End Gallery, which is located in a small town next to Northampton. The display offer and cost are as follows:

For easier access to the gallery, it is worth signing up or joining art societies or communities. For example, in Suffolk, you can join the Suffolk Art Society.

For a small fee and membership, you can expect our works to be exhibited fairly regularly. We may not expect our work to be exhibited in places like Tate, but it will certainly be an excellent practice and an opportunity to gain new contacts. Widening of horizons. What is £ 18 pounds a year compared to £ 4500 a day :)
